My husband and I personally own and manage a number of residential real estate properties in the greater Austin area.  I offer real-world experience in the investment property market, and can provide advice on anticipated revenues, expenses, and appreciation potential.  For absentee owners, or those who choose not to personally manage their properties, we can assist in securing the appropriate property management services for your investments.

 Buying a Home

Whether you are planning a move from out of state or just across town, I can assist you in choosing neighborhoods and properties which suit your personal dreams and lifestyle.  I am always happy to pre-qualify any properties you might be interested in.  Based on your criteria, I will visit each property, make extensive notes and photos showing condition, features, neighborhood amenities and more, to help you focus your search and find the right new home.

Selling your Home

Representing your home for sale is a privilege and responsibility I take seriously. 

• Each of my listed properties receives a personal inspection and marketability analysis, so that I may advise you on how best to present your property to attract the most potential buyers. 
  
• I personally conduct regular on-site surveillance of each vacant property, to insure that everything is in order, and that ample quantities of property information sheets are available on-site.
  
• Open house presentations are conducted regularly to showcase your home to prospective buyers.
